Cable Shell

permits forming of bends up to 90° with 10 units for a 5m radius

length of 1m with an extra tolerance on the nominal diameters (i.e. DN 100 = ID 112 mm)

Cable Shell are nestable and shelted require very little storage space

Cable Shell can also be used

  • to repair or join existing ducts
  • as a support bracket in buildings, corridors, etc.
  • as a drainage channel on a building site or as an underground drainage pipe

Cable Shell Bend Module

  • made in the same way as the Cable Shell range and with the same advantages of high impact strength and low weight
  • it also has the integral clip-together, top-to-bottom and end-to-end design the of the straight Cable Shell components
  • 6 units are required to complete a 90° bend of a radius equal to 10 times their nominal diameter (i.e. the 100 mm size converts to a radius of approx 1m)
  • the base and cover of each bend module are moulded together and are by a moulded strap which avoids possible confusion of mixed sizes
  • available in sizes 80, 100, 120 and 150 mm

FlexBend

 

  • made in the same way as the Cable Shell range and with the same 
  • flexible horizontally and vertically, FlexBend will follow the shape and
  • FlexBend requires not more storage space than a pipe, but in an instant,
    it can be formed to any angle from 1° to 90° stepped bends, swan necks, "S" bends and cross-overs are no longer a problem, even in most demanding installation conditions
  • moulded in first grade high-density polyethylene, FlexBend is highly to impact and external pressure; it also satisfies international standards and ensures optimum mechanical protection
  • can be installed even at very low temperatures, on a bed of sand, in fine infill
    materials or in lean concrete which increases it`s watertightness. The patented manufacturing procedure
    incorporates minimum tolerances between the sections which prevents excess sand intrusion.

FlexBend
