Application
- the Towing Head is fitted onto the end of the PE pipe
- by rotating the Towing Eye (1) until tight its screw jack will be rotated into the expander cone (5)
- then the expansion-gripper elements (3) are joggling with the inner side of the PE pipe (6)
- it creates a stable connection: an increasing of towing forces leads to a tighter grip

Multible Towing Heads

- Multiple Towing Head for easy towing several pipes in one go
- towing of several pipes of various diameters is also possible
- pipes of different diameters connected to standard Towing Heads
can be attached to the (red) special Multiple Towing Bell for towing
in a longintudinal direction

- especially for fiber optic cable installations for simultaniously towing
a number of pipes, even of different diameters - bundled PE protection pipes can be attached to the Multiple Towing
Head and towed into a trench or a borehole - consists of a Towing Bell with a rear fitted plate to which different
standard Towing Heads can be attached - available in different sizes to accommodate PE pipes of different
dimensions and/or various quantities - the multiple Towing Heads keeps the ducts close to the reamer
whereas the bell shaped head protects the leading edges of every
pipe and simultaniously stabilizes the hole ahead of the pipes
